Nice, clean amusement park for all ages. Fun and games. Don't leave without getting a corn dog! Benches for sitting or rides for riding. Great place to enjoy the day with both young and old. Putt Putt golf available.

I've been to Camden a few times over the past 15 years and I am impressed with the improvements they have made while keeping many classic rides. They put in a new coaster for 2016 which is not something every park can do. It's fun too! I still love the classic Big Dipper and the kiddie Little Dipper, a unique... More

It's not huge, but there are rides that no matter how much you ride them you don't get sick of them. My personal favorites are the big dipper and haunted house. If you're scared of heights avoid the park; if you're sensitive to loud noises avoid the haunted house. The train ride is relaxing, bumper cars is fun; the log... More

Camden Park was a part of my childhood summers. This park isn't a large park like Six Flags or Kings Island. However, it is a great family day trip. The park is clean and has rides and attractions for all ages. There is a dining room type restaurant that is always kept very cool and is a nice place to... More

great place for birthday party.. hasn't changed a bit since I was a kid. my 7 year old loves this place.. food great. only issue is the price.. pay for parking, pay to get in and then pay to ride rides. I remember when it was free to park and you paid 1 amount for everything. Still would recommend this... More

I strongly feel that the "horrible" and "terrible" reviews I've been reading are most certainly not warranted. Is it comparable to Kings Island or Cedar Point? Of course it's not. Is it a bit rough around the edges and dated? Absolutely it is. But, it's a place that kids love and that's why you go to Camden Park. It had... More

We came from pikeville to hopefully have a great day with our kids aged 11, 7, and 6. Cigarette smoke everywhere. Only place to actually sit down are designated smoking areas. This is the only place with shade too. So if you want to rest or get out 0f sun, you must sit with the smokers. Being that I am... More

If you ever read some of the sci-fi stories from the 50s-60’s this place will remind you of that. It has also some sense of a place from Stephan’s King books (both good and bad). The first thing I did when arriving is to walk around for about 15 min. It feels like a place frozen in time for decades... More

It's a WV icon. It isn't new (although they are slowly getting new rides) and I'm not sure how safe it is. But it's an icon and families go and have fun. There are a couple of games. Some food booths and rides. The food seems a little pricy until you go somewhere like kings island. Then it isn't so... More

We are given season passes for our children every year. We can easily afford them, but I honestly try to give as little money to this place as possible. When I was a child, I loved Camden Park. I loved the train ride, with the cowboys and Indians fighting fighting (complete with sound effects). I loved riding on the Camden... More
