Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

And hike. I hadn't planned the time for hiking, so I had to save that for next trip, but they have maps with trails near the checkout.
If you have any oversized vehicle or a trailer, pull passed the store, the barn, and the goat enclosure and there's a parking area that should work.... And a pull through to get back out easily.
I bought some unusual produce and delicious bacon. It was fun discovering everything available for sale.

Though our visit was Covid limited, that did not limit the enthusiasm of the employee who helped us. She had helpful recommendations for brat flavors and encouraged us to walk around the vegetable gardens, which were amazing. Overall, our burgers were tasty and the cherry brats were fun and the mango habanero brats were just got enough. Great experience.

This is a must stop every time we venture to Door County. There are good reasons that the finest restaurants in DC feature beef, pork, chicken and eggs from Waseda Farms. The farm store is quite like a candy store for grown ups with their fine Waseda products, fresh vegetables and local wines. Our pooch is hooked on their homemade "doggie crack". Everyone that we have dealt with at the farm and market are truly "all in" with organic farming. The store manager, Sayard Geeve is truly a gem and a wealth of knowledge. Tours of the farm are by appointment and definitely recommended for families with children.

The Waseda farm tour is fantastic! It is a wonderful glimpse into the operations and a beautiful trip around the countryside. We stopped twice to pick apples. Our tour guides were the owners and we enjoyed every minute of it.

My wife and I are frequent shoppers at Waseda. The animals are all raised naturally so no additives. The taste of the meat is exceptional. Some of the best pork I have ever had. Because of the way the animals are cared for and raised the meat products are expensive. You will pay much more that you would for the same cut at a grocery store. But if you can afford it, it is worth it to get healthy, tasty meat. Also most of the meat at the store is frozen. There is a limited amount not frozen in the cooler. But if you are planning a specific dinner, plan on thawing time.

If you buy organic, make a visit to this store. The ride in the countryside of Door County is the first pleasure. It is a short jot off Hwy 57 outside of Jacksonport. The store is small but packed with wonderful items that you will want. Beef, chicken, and lamb are the first choices. Then the variety of other items are enough to fill your pantry.

Several restaurants list Waseda Farms as their meat supplier so we decided to check it out. We have only visited the small market there. However, they have a great selection of items for those wanting organic, gluten free, etc. Many of the meats are frozen making it easy to take some home. All of the staff we've met there have been super helpful and knowledgeable.

We have been going to Waseda Farms since it opened, but have always been very happy with their products. Their beef is excellent, but they also carry very good pork and lamb items from Wisconsin farmers. There is also a cooler with good locally produced produce items, and a variety of cheeses. It is also possible to look around the farm grounds. Highly recommended.
