Parking is limited after you find it. Walkway is really new and basically compacted clay so do not go if it is raining. They will likely cover it with something soon. The lower viewing end is best and if it is warm enough to wade...More

Stopped here for an afternoon, stunning. Take a dip, bring a camera, don't litter. Kinda hate to post but it seems a bunch of people already know about this place.

It's an okay hike but super short. There are better hikes in the area. Not worth the drive. I guess if your a teen it would be fun. Places like Lake superior are much better for cliff jumping. This is just playing in a puddle.

This special place was somewhat of a local secret, but now it receives a lot of visitors. There is limited parking (20 spaces?), and tickets are issued for those who park on the road or do not otherwise respect the sign restrictions. Bring good shoes...More

Went with the kids. It is a beautiful hike. You have an opportunity to swim, however don't do anything stupid; Baraboo Rescue is called out periodically to take care of people who have "jumped" from rock structures into the water below, landing on a rock...More

If you stay on the flat portion of the trail. You could visit the location whenever. But as others said if there is any moisture, snow, ice I wouldn't climb the hill.
