The cave itself isn't that big (no Mammoth or Carlsbad), but the tour is wonderful. There are several different formations that the guide will cover and a short video at the beginning that goes over the cave's formation and history.

Amazing! My husband and I had not been to the Cave of the Mounds for over forty years. We attended the wine and cheese tasting in the cave and had a wonderful evening (Cave in the dark event).The cave is gorgeous and awesome! Highly recommend!

I chaperoned my daughter's 3rd grade class to the caves and I really enjoyed myself! There is so much to see and learn here!! And the plus side, the kids enjoyed it as well! Definately recommend the caves to anyone of any age!
