The Nature Center at the front/entrance to the park is really great. It's small but filled with some amazing stuff. We could have easily spent a few hours going through everything - it's all "hands on" displays. This park seems to be more remote/less visited...More

Such a beautiful state park, we absolutely love it. Recently was designated Wisconsin’s First International Dark Sky Park so we stopped for a night hike through the woods and had a wonderful adventure. The sky is truly gorgeous at night. You must check it out!

More authentic than Peninsula Park and very accessible trails. Campground possibilities. Beware of mosquitoes during summer time (repellant required!).
