Lots of things to do
Oct 2019 • Family
Busy barns has lots of activities to keep kids busy for hours. It is kind of expensive so it’s worth it if you plan to spend a few hours, not just if you want to pick a pumpkin and go

Over Priced
Oct 2018 • Family
The price of admission should include a pumpkin of your choice. This is the typical deal where they get you to go and then they nickel and dime you the whole time you are there. It’s worth a one time visit as it is a unique experience but it’s over priced.

Best afternoon ever!!!!
Sep 2018 • Couples
My husband and I went to the farm, expecting it to be mostly for kids, but we had a free afternoon and were interested in looking at the pumpkins. Three hours later we were leaving one of the best, most unexpected experiences in a long time!!! We had a blast, the grounds are beyond beautiful and just pristine! The farm animals are so lovely and super well taken care of, very clean and happy!!! You really get to interact with the animals, and it is so nice to hold the baby animals, almost like free therapy (lol). We were really able to feel like kids again and had one of the most relaxing, best afternoons in a long time. It truly is for anyone of any age (although I can imagine how cool it would be for a kid to go!). No complaints here, and I would really recommend it to everyone!

Wedding Weekend
Jun 2017 • Family
I had an amazing at my cousins wedding this weekend. There was so much to do and lots of funny photo ops! I enjoyed getting to know Mary while I was there. If I'm in the area, I would definitely stop by and spend some time there.

Been there as a school bus driver, wedding driver, and patron! Will go again!

The owner, Mary, has paid great attention to detail at this wonderful, child-centered farmette and wedding facility. Children can spend hours petting baby pigs, holding kittens, feeding goats and just enjoying being around animals they normally don't see. Then they can run, jump, and walk on tin-can "stilts". There is easy access and egress onto Highway 18 and plenty of free parking for cars and large vehicles. The $10.00 entry fee seems steep but, as you spread it out over a several hour visit it becomes well worth the cost. Yesterday there were decorated and un-decorated squash, gourds, and pumpkins for sale. We don't have children or grandchildren and we will visit again. You should too.

Excellent Venue for a Wedding and Reception
Aug 2016 • Family
My cousin had his wedding here the last weekend in August. When we first drove up, I could not believe how beautiful the place looked. The lawns were meticulously mowed and weed wacked, and the expanse of the place was amazing. They had a outdoor ceremony which was lovely. Afterwards, we went into the greeting barn where everything was set up so beautifully. There was plenty for the kids to do. From outdoor activities, to sliding down the slides in the hay barn, to feeding the animals in the petting zoo. At night we danced under the stars on the patio while the kids (and adults) had Smores out at the Smore station. It was beautifully set up with little Sterno fires, graham crackers, marshmallows and a variety of candy bars to please everyone.

I guess, during the fall months, they have pick your own pumpkins, hayrides and activities for the kids.

Renting this venue, you would not be disappointed.
