Riverside Park was a good place to see the Mississippi River close up. Nice views of the river and the double bridge. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy.

Get up close view of the Mississippi river and the barges that travel up and down it.There are also gardens at one end of the park.

This park is always bustling with activities. You never know what you might find on any given day. We walk and bike through the park. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the view.

This is a beautiful location right on the banks of the Mississippi River. There is a visitors center and a Friendship garden and a beautiful fountain , and plenty of benches.

As I recall, I did see a dog being walked on a leash on the sidewalk. I don't actually know the rules but I'm sure they would have to be kept on the sidewalk as not to soil the area where people sit and children play... More
