If you've been to MKE and not gone to this annual music festiva, you're not humanl. Featuring too many stages to count. this 11 day event is the host to the annual Summerfest as well as many ethnic festivals. To many locals, it's just one of many outdoor festivals throughout the summers.. But, the world's largest Music Festival's great food,... More

I have been to nearly every Summerfest, starting with the first one with a temporary main stage and park benches, through last year's fest. It's been amazing to see the constant improvements. Whoever laid out the stages so there is now bleed through of sound to other stages is a genius. When it comes to food, this isn't state fair/carnival... More

Milwaukee got it right when they took a piece of land along the lake, but under the expressway, and turned it into a multi-stage park. It hosts Summerfest, the largest music festival in the world, at the end of June, beginning of July every year, which has big name entertainment every day and night on the approx.13 stages in the... All the festivals Milwaukee has are held here. Downtown, on the lake. Beautiful atmosphere, great outdoor venue for all the musical acts that visit Milwaukee every summer. In fact, its 's by far my FAVORITE place to see live music.

It's pretty forward thinking of the city to build a nice permanent festival grounds such as this one. They host a bunch of different fairs throughout the season. Plenty of room, lots of facilities and food stands, even a sky ride! It's very cool.

Whether Summerfest or Germanfest or just a plain old summer concert, this Festival Park never disappoints. The staff is friendly, the restrooms are clean and plentiful and the food is amazing. Love this place!

Long walks from parking and busses, everything is outrageously expensive, long walk from one end to the other, nasty bathrooms and port o' potties, long lines for everything, not the best seating for shows at certain stages (old picnic tables with drunk people dancing on them), and last but not least, NOT a kid friendly place at night.

The festival grounds are home to most of Milwaukee's ethnic festivals. The facilities are good for many different uses.

Attended Petfest 2016 with my dog --- We had so much fun! Too bad this only happens once a year : - ( Free Parking / free admission. Free stuff from many different pet-related companies.
