Very NICE folks running the place. This was our FIRST stop on our 4 day get-away to Milwaukee and it sure was a fun way to start the adventure. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we enjoyed our time here.

This is a must see while visiting Milwaukee!! We couldn’t believe we had never been here before so don’t wait go visit! Joel the curator at the museum was passionate about the history and you could tell he loved sharing the memories of yesteryear!! There was a scavenger hunt activity for kids (adults could help too) - very engaging! Each room was unique and rotating exhibits will make you want to visit again and again! We absolutely had a blast and loved our Dang root beer treat and gift shop experience as well!! Truly a hidden gem in Milwaukee! …

There are different "themes" for each room. The building looks small, but it's about 3000 sqft on the inside. There is a secret room somewhere in the museum you need to try and find. In talking with the curator we found out the items on display rotated out and was about 5% of the total collection. It's amazing to see all the old items and bring back memories of times gone by. This is definitely worth a stop if you are in the Milwaukee area.…

This museum is definitely a hidden gem. My family and I visited and we were impressed with the artifacts in this museum. The admission fee is so cheap and definitely worth the money. This is fun for all ages and very informational. You will enjoy all the displays and artifacts. There is even a secret door in one of the rooms if you can find it. My favorite part was that they had a real working old style phone that you can actually use! Definitely worth a visit! …
