Great area for restaurants and walking. Our hotel was downtown but I wish we would have stayed here since we came here for a lot of coffee runs and meals. Very clean area, we felt very safe walking with our baby.

The restaurants are wonderful in the area, but we especially enjoyed walking along the river after dinner. It's a beautiful riverfront.
If you have time and the weather is suitable - this is great way to send part of your day. there are shops and pos along the way. In general - just a neat spot!

The neighborhood is a combination of new/old buildings with the new buildings fitting in nicely. There's an indoor market with bakery goods and sandwiches along with meat/veggies/fruit.
I enjoy seeing how an old industrial/warehouse area is transforming into an area of nice restaurants and pubs, shops, a river walk, and other attractions. The Public Market is a great base point, and has lots of food related eclectic things to offer.
