We did have a good time in this park just listening to the wave hitting the rock and the wind and makes a beautiful sound. Make sure wear a proper foot wear when you visit this place. My kids did enjoy making their own stone sculpture.

Breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, sea caves, cliff jumpers, hiking trails, all FREE, at this gemstone of a county park in Door County, WI! (Naturally air conditioned) Nice picnic area, restrooms, biking trails, hiking trails, kayaking, and the wonderful Whitefish Dunes State Park only minutes away, featuring sand dunes and great beach (water is usually cool until late summer). We stop every trip up, it's such beautiful and unique place. Don't just check out the main caves right off the parking, take the hiking paths both north and south, every few feet gives you a different view. Bring along some good shoes so you can climb down to the limestone shelf that extends out in the water. best times... More

This is a must see park but wear good shoes if you want to climb down and around the rocks. It is beautiful scenery on the shoreline this time of year with aquamarine water color. Dress warm or wear layers. The wind was out of the NE and a cloudy 45 degrees the day we were there and we still... More

We visited in March. It was cold but dry and the whole family enjoyed walking along the lakefront and watching the waves. The signage is accurate - hang on to your little ones because there are some dangerous spots. With that said, the park provides easy access to great views of the lake and it is worth the time to... Beautiful Views. A must stop when in Door County. Off the beaten path but well worth it. Wear your hiking shoes.

The shoreline is lined with rock stacks that people have done which in itself was very much worth the visit. Beautiful. The shoreline is beautiful. There are caves which you can take a canoe out to with a guide. We spent about 2 hrs there walking the shoreline and enjoying the view. Many people were jumping off the cliff into... More
