A great shop with unique items made by students. We picked up some great books, a gift and Christmas ornaments. Worth a stop!

We have visited the Island many times over the years and a stop at Sievers is always a must. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Best of all, of course, are the yarns and lovely woven clothing, many of it made by students who have taken lessons at their school. This year I bought a winter hat (English wool) to wear during our Minnesota winters. Best of all I bought a gloriously beautiful shawl, like a serape and called a "ruana" in the Southwestern part of our country. Have worn it once and immediately received two compliments from envious women who saw me wearing it! Be sure to visit this colorful shop, and check out the school when you are on the Island.

We went out of our way to stop by this shop and I’m thrilled we did. So many beautiful yarns and patterns! The shop carries hand made items from local artisans as well. Patterns are set out near the different wools so it makes it easier to get yarn and a pattern on the spot. I highly recommend this yarn shop. Definitely will be purchasing more from this shop! The shop carries yarn hand spun and dyed from a local artisan as well. It’s beautiful!
