Some live critters, as well as other arts and history related things to see. They do have a small gift area. This was a short visit on the cherry train tour

If your kids want to hold a snake, here is their chance. The shop has a gift area of local artwork, local books, and a few small animal exhibits for the kids. Won't take you more than a few minutes here.

A few nature exhibits (nice guy handling a snake and answering questions), but majority of the small space was local art for sale, not to my taste. No indoor bathroom by the way.

We took our 5 year old granddaughter here. She absolutely loved it. From the snakes to the bees she was fascinated. So many hands on exhibits to keep kids entertained while learning at the same time.

This is a really nice place. The talent of the artists here is really top notch. Some great watercolorists on the Island, especially. The "nature" section is also very interesting. Not to be missed.

Was really impressed with this place. Several kids were around so I think they must have summer programs for them to have fun and to learn about nature. Great resource! And, loved Jeff - each of them.

The kids enjoyed hunting for the queen bee and holding snakes. I enjoyed seeing the art which included jewelry, pottery, paintings and photographs.

This is close to Schoolhouse Beach, so you can see a couple of things in one area of the island. There are two sections to the museum. One is art from local artists. It is for sale and very nice--fun to look at. Then there...More
