You can create your own souvenirs to take home with you. They have many items to choose from and a lot of paint colors for you to make it the way you want it. Do it soon after you get in the area as it takes 2 days to get it back after you paint it.

My family visited this shop and had fun with the painting. I wish the owners would have been friendlier though....told us what to do and where everything was and then disappeared into the back, ignoring us most of the time. I would definately go again though since my children had fun at least. Great prices too.

They have a lot of variety to pick from and lots of different paint colors. If you do it early in your visit, it will be ready to pick up in a couple of days. People were friendly and helpful!

It is a great place to spend your rainy day when there is nothing to do in the Dells. It is a great way to be creative and have some fun. All in all it is a great place!

My almost 3 year old and 4 year old loved the time we spent at Paint It Pottery. My oldest picked Optimus prime and my younger painted some dinosaurs and a turtle. They have projects ranging from about $2.50 (fridge size) on up to very expensive. We looked at their calendar and chose to go when there was no sitting... More

We called ahead of time to see about reservations and such. At that time on the phone explained what I wanted to do. She was great, she pulled all of the possible pieces for us to choose from once we arrived. We arrived at opening time and she helped us get started and made some suggestions along the way. It... Been here before a couple times and was satisfied. However, this time totally turned me off. Selection was very scarce. It's peak season and no variety of items to paint. Cups, plates and bowls...that was pretty much it. Very disappointed. You'd think they would be stocked adequately. What a waste. Chances are we won't be back. :(

The cost seems ok on some stuff and crazy on other stuff. My wife had fun and the kids enjoyed themselves for the most part, but it really wasn't for me. Plenty of bars and other places within walking distance though as it is on the strip. Cool if this is your thing.
