Had a great day with the Grand kids. What a Perfect place to spends some family time. Perfect for kids in strollers Nicely arranged. Great exhibits. Extremely interactive Up close and personal. A giraffe eats out of your hands. Pretty cool place.

This was a lovely zoo to visit! The staff made it a priority to keep everything clean and they were exceptionally kind and helpful. It is definitely a work in progress as they are still making renovations to the landscape and exhibits. The animals were...More

I have to admit, I have mixed feelings about this place. I have had the privilege of seeing many of the animals in the wild, so it's hard to see them behind cages, walls or large box like containers in the nursery. It's especially hard...More

Best experience in the entire trip. We got private tours and loved seeing the nursery. Learned a lot about animals. What an amazing experience!

Kids loved the opportunity to get close and feed the animals (emu, giraffe, camel, goats, parakeets, etc). Definitely buy the parakeet sticks and carrots. We really like the more wilderness area in the back of the park by the emu and giraffe as the animals...More

We love Timbavati! Large selection of animals with a small town feel. Feeding the giraffes carrot sticks is a highlight!

Had we not had free tickets, we would have never stopped here. We came, we saw it and left disappointed. The park is an old water park that has seen its better days. They left some of the towers up and most don't look very...More

It certainly requires requires a minimum of 4 hours but could be longer if you spend a a ot of time at the different exhibits. Are there children involved? That could take longer.

If I remember correctly, they have several options available. I think I chose the train ride plus full park experience and it was around $29 or thereabouts. Well worth the money. You will really enjoy this park!
