Seeing these horses run free is one of the most beautiful things I've ever experienced. Jana and Rich are perfect hosts, and they tell so many fascinating stories about the horses...it's obvious this is a calling (not a job) for them. We were right out...More

Deerwood Ranch is only a few miles outside Laramie on the way to Yellowstone National Park. Recommend that you stay at the nearby Old Corral and Steakhouse (a unique cowboy experience) in Centennial the night before to rest up for this wonderful wild horse tour....More

Shad did great job of explaining the ranch operations and answering our questions. Standing in the middle of 300 wild horses and getting them to come close enough to pet was awesome

I took out of country relatives and it was wonderful. The horses were everywhere and Rich explained the whole conservation process. He is passionate about the horses and ranching. It was easy to get there and no problem booking it.
