Just finished skiing 3 straight days here. This mountain is definitely steeper on average than any other mountain I have skied. Every trail is steep and requires you to work. When you are tired at the end of the day, you want a trail that...More

Another excellent trip to JHMR, helped by excellent snow conditions! Also took in another Steep and Deep camp whilst there, fantastic coaches and set up, hope to be back for another go at both

Our Instructor "Stac" was great. Kids loved it so much they had me book a second day with him. 3rd Day they were snowboarding solo and made it down the hill without falling once! They were very proud of themselves.

JH is a real skiers mountain, but offers something for everyone, from hard-core chute skiers, to cliff-jumpers, to families, to first time skiers. The down-to-earth culture embodies the resort from the restaurants and shops in town to folks on the mountain. If you don't ski,...More

This is a great place to come if you're into challenging mountains. The resort is pretty typical of higher end places, lots of restaurants, stores & support services. What sets this place apart is the mountain. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars...More
