My wife and I spent Valentines Day walking about that BWA gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of the plants and the fact that the gardens are done in natural settings. We spent four hours on site, there's no rush. Our time was well spent on foot and then we drove up to the waterfall and that was good too.... More

I gave this a 'four' instead of a 'five' review because of lack of 'signage.' Most of the trees were labelled, which is awesome, but sadly lacking was signage pointing the way to various areas. We had to keep referring to our little map that was given out when we paid our admission. And even that little map (about the... More

I guess we were expecting more of a "formal" botanical garden. This is a self directed tour through a property with plants that are marked. We were told we would see beautiful orchids (we saw one) , so that was disappointing. It took us about and hour to see everything. There were two waterfalls which were pretty but that was... More

This is a great zipline for someone new to it or kids. The guides were friendly and helpful. The large group made for some waiting but the guides did try to keep things moving. The area is beautiful and we got to try several different fruits right off the trees.

The zip line there was fun but slow moving from line to line because of the large group. The guides also had to spend a lot of time tending to 2 obnoxious children that was not being watched by their mother. The staff was very friendly and safety conscious. The rest of the area was so-so.

First and foremost, wear comfortable walking shoes and pleased put on insect repellent. In the rainforest portion I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. It was lush, very natural including webs to knock down, groves, large maze for whole family, waterfalls, just so many parts for everyone to enjoy. They also have zip line and Segway tours. But do wear you... More

We had an excellent experience on the Intro tour. Red was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. My husband and I have been on segway city tours before but this was my parents' first time. It was perfect for them. Being in a controlled environment like this seemed like a better first experience than a city tour where you have... More

If you are really interested in flowers of Hawaii don't bother with this badly planned place. Haphazard planting, weird layout and an assault to the beauty of Hawaii.

I'll say my son, granddaughter and I had a blast riding the Segways. Dylan did a great job training us, watching over us and showing us the fruits and plants in the Botantical gardens. I felt the gardens need a lot of work and made the tour overpriced. I'm afraid this company won't be around long if they don't make... More

Signage is broken and very basic. Several items we wondered about HAD no sign to tell what type of plant they were. The trail down to the small falls was muddy and slippery and had asphalt dumped in random piles as a preventative measure. Not too effective and a pile of gravel is slippery, too. Nice area, but the owners... More
