Google address, hard to find, sign on Akone Pule Hwy. Great place for a picnic, rarely crowded, lots of shade trees. Public park.

Fun to stop and see on the way to Pololu. Need to get some back story from locals. Drive up to the rock and continue on to the roads end provides great scenery and photo ops.
