Tommy Bahama & Foodlands market are the two major anchor stores. The rest are art galleries, surf clothing stores, real estate broker, and a few good restaurants (opens 11:30am daily). We spent a total of 30 minutes looking around.

This is a well maintained smaller resort mall, with a number of interesting shops and restaurants. A nice option for a few hours of shopping and/or dining. We especially enjoyed browsing through Lahaina Gallery and the Third Dimension Gallery. Foodland Farms is also a great option for grocery/beverage items; as well as prepared deli dishes. Also, the free hula show... More

Located on the grounds of the Mauna Lani hotel about 45 minutes north of Kona. A fair variety of trendy stores and restaurants. If going check out the 4D motion ride place. A couple of evenings a week thee is a very nice free hula show in the area by the grocery store.

There are larger malls (Waikoloa down the road) but this one has some cute shops and the free hula show is much better. It's at 7pm Mon and Thu. Arrive early for a seat. The parking lot is packed before the hula show, so walk or get the Mauna Lani shuttle van if you are staying in that resort.

Staying down at Waikoloa with its excellent shops, we have no need to venture out for tourist shopping. But the free hula show brought our family out one evening, and we were so glad we did. The show is performed on an elevated stage in an outdoor ampitheater in the center of the shops. While we saved (comfortable) chairs for... More

As others have mentioned, the free show is great, and popular. Please note you can now reserve seats, click on the website link for the details of how to do that. Right on the courtyard where the show takes place is a grocery store; many people make a picnic dinner while waiting for the show to start. There's also a... More

Several shops to look at and a few to get some souvenirs! Good prices! Nice people and a nice area to just walk around and look.

This was what other reviewers already wrote about. We came on a Monday night when there was free Lei making, which the kids all liked. The stores itself was ok, but clearly, the free attraction creates foot traffic, and we indulged with ice cream for the kids, and additional souvenirs for our family. ( Lei making was at 5:30, lasting... More

The shops and grocery store were great. My mom and I had a wonderful pedicure at the day spa as well. The Luau was amazing and FREE! We were also able to have VIP seating from one of the lovely shop owners.

Free hula show. I've seen a few free shows before where it appeared as if the kids performing just started learning hula within the last year. That isn't the case with the show at Mauna Lani. The dancers here were very good, even the young kids. The show touched on dances from several different Polynesian cultures, not just Hawaiian (i.e.... More
