Surfing Goat Dairy was magical. The goats were amazing and their cheese is incredible. It also did surprisingly well traveling in checked luggage on a five hour flight, packed in hotel ice and a ziploc baggie. In short, I would like to move here and...More

We stopped here on the way back from the volcano - the chèvre we bought was good for dinner that night (not cheap, $9 for a small container), but there is literally NOTHING to do other than buy a small bag of hay for $2...More

We always make this place a regular stop during our Maui vacations. It's interesting, relaxing, and charming in its simplicity. There's something to do for everyone, no matter your age--children can feed and pet the goats; adults (and children) can taste test their delicious cheeses....More

What a wonderful day. The tour guide made it one of the best events we have done on Maui. Goat power. Thank you

Take your kids during chore time in the afternoon! Great learning experience with lots of fun information! Help feed and milk the goats, taste the cheese and watch the goats butt heads!

Brought 9 year old daughter here and she had no idea she liked goat cheese until this visit. She, mom and grandma took the tour and enjoyed it. Grandpa and I went next door to Ocean win, win

Cute for kids. The products sold are very expensive but interesting for one visit when you are in Kula.

We ordered a mixed flight of soft/hard cheeses plus three paninis. First off, serving Ritz crackers (?!?) with cheese kills any joy from the tasting. Then they forgot one of our paninis, but instead of putting the missed order in first--so we could eat together--it...More

Yes there is a a fee for the tours. You do not have to take the tour(s). You see the goats as you drive up to the main building. You can also feed and pet the baby goats. Hope this helps.

It is an easy drive but a long way to go to just see the Goat Farm, try to stop at some other places along the way or further out. I believe Ocean Vodka is nearby too.
