Gorgeous birds, extremely well socialised & great photos reasonably priced compared to the other tourist attractions we visited. Very professional photographers who also posted one back to Australia at a reasonable cost. Kids also loved the experience.

Owning parrots myself, at first I laughed at the tourist gimmick of having your photo taken with birds and was sad that the birds were only a prop to make money. However when we walked past them again a while later I noticed the birds were different. I decided to talk to Bryan (their trainer) and was delighted to see... More

Watching my kids grow up through these bird photos is a treat for all that come over to our home. Ages start at 8, 13, 16, 20 and now 30 years old and married. They show a great progression of how our family has grown over the years. The birdman is reliable and you will receive your photos in the... More

Sure it's a tourist trap but that's the point. It is a unique photo op with a selection of gorgeous birds. Must be an attraction, my wife makes a beeline to it every year when we're on Maui. BTW our wedding pictures have a Macaw perched on her shoulder

A picture experience. He places birds on you and then takes your picture for a price. Even if you don't get your picture taken it is fun to watch. He was right on front street when we saw him.

My wife and I had our picture taken right here in Lahaina bird stand 25yrs ago on our honeymoon and this week returned back to the same birdstand to reenact another photo for our treasured memories. I higjly recommend you to take part...it's so much fun and will bring laughter and joy for many many years!

imho its expensive to get a photo with a bird don't let him put one on you unless you are ready to part with $40 or more the sidewalk location makes it cheesy - but its where the tourists are the birds seem healthy.........but why no fly away?

We sent our picture to family on the east coast. They loved it and the fact I had a bird on my head just amazed my 5 year old grandson. It's a great way to make a fun lasting memory
