My daughter and I just returned from Lahaina Family Farms - what a great place! My daughter is less than 2 years old, so was free - for me it was $25 well spent. We booked online the night before (must book online in advance) and when we showed up, we were the only ones for today - so we... More

You have to see it to believe it ! Great family, and you are always welcome. We spent a considerable amount of time and a number of times here. Fantastic view also. Self-sustainable in every sense of the word and teaching others to do the same is amazing. This is a great attraction and a bit addictive to see so... More

I have visited three times this year. Each visit opens my eyes to another aspect of this righteous but, daunting project. Tim and his family have turned a hillside of invasive nonnative species into an organic farm using solar, traditional, and high technology. Native species have been planted to replace the invaders. They encourage, feed, and house volunteers (WWOOFERs) who... More

Visited Farm in Feb 2014 w family on 3 separate occasions. The one time we hiked up the trail that started at the start of the driveway and ended up behind their Hale. The trail was easily to navigate, was well marked, and with breathtaking views!!! Good thing we had our cameras!!! The camaraderie was very comforting, the food was... More

You are too kind. Thank you for visiting and we hope that you know that you are always welcome. Our farm is "ever changing". The Wednesday morning tours have been a real success. Remember... Maui is like a magnate calling you back.. :-) More

The view from this mountainous slope is incredible! Great for watching sunsets! Check out the large collection of native majestic wiliwili trees. The little goat babies are sure to make your day. They even have an aquaponics system, and grow a bunch of different types of veggies and herbs and that they sell at the local market along with some... More

The owner of this farm is definitely in it for the right reasons, he wants to create a self-sustaining farm in the West Maui Mountains and he has a great start! Tim is an amazing wealth of knowledge on just about anything you can think of. He's a great motivator and also knows how to get down and dirty and... More

I had the pleasure of visiting LFF a year back and cannot wait to visit again. Tim and Harline are the absolute best, along with everyone else on the farm. If you are looking for an eye opening experience, come visit. The farm is a perfect model for self sustainability - a concept I believe more people should be aware... More

This is a full blown organic farm that is as high tech as it gets but with the family flair always present. Saturday farmers market showcases all things grown but be sure and ask Tim for one of his world famous cronuts or chocolate glazed croissant.
