We were in Maui to be married, and we were originally scheduled for Ironwood Beach, However, it seemed that the rain came in just before, and even with another change to Fleming Beach, the rain just continued. Our officiator decided to make an attempt to...More

A little rocky, darker coral area, calmer waves. It is a place with a lot of darker coral and fish if you are willing to swim out far enough. My toddler enjoyed this beach the most due to the calmer waves. My older kids did...More

this is a great beach to take young kids, I recommend arriving in the morning when the tide is low and there is enough beach for you to place towels and your stuff under the trees for shade. We arrived by 9:30a and the beach...More

Baby Beach is amazing for young kiddos. We just got home from Maui and we went to Baby Beach 4 times out of our 10 day visit. Our kids are 2 & 4 yo and they had a blast! No waves, just calm, crystal clear,...More

Lovely beach with minimal wave action. The water was delightfully warm and clear. A great place for the little ones to play. There’s a long stretch of beach to enjoy. As others have noted, there are no amenities, but that didn’t deter us from having...More

This was our favorite beach while on vacation. Beautiful, calm waters make for great snorkeling. Great for little kids!

Location is OK but dumpy houses on beach. The water is shallow and protected, whence the name. Parking is limited as anywhere near Lahaina.

If you want to see a beautiful beach this is the place. The beach has a bad rip current so you have to be careful swimming. There is plenty of room for sunning.

I wouldn’t stay in Lahaina town. Look for a condo to the west. Honokowai can be budget. We stayed at Honua Kai and drove to Baby Beach. I wouldn’t return to the beach.

There aren't any. You could walk 15 minutes to Lahaina Cannery Mall, but don't do it with wet clothes or sandy feet.
