My 16-year-old daughter did the "evening ride" (which is actually at 2:30pm) long the beach. She absolutely loved the ride. They took them along the beach and even by the cove where they filmed "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire". My daughter was a beginner to riding horses but the staff were excellent at helping her to get the hang of... More

I was scared to death to go horseback riding. But they gave me an awesome horse named Tom. I was actually relaxed. Our guide, Carlos, was excellent. He told us about all the history and showed us the places where movies were made. He took pictures for us at sunset. It was amazing. I can't say enough good things about... More

My husband and I did a sunset ride. It was awesome! The view was beautiful, the horses were calm, and Carlos, our guide, was excellent! He even stopped to take pictures of us in multiple places during the ride! He even captured a priceless photo of my horse, Leo, being a bit stubborn. 😂

Perfect ride for experienced and beginner riders. The trail ride is a slow trot down the coast where you can see sea turtles, seals, and a few movie locations from films like forgetting Sarah Marshall and Mike and Dave need Wedding Dates. ( the big banyan tree)

Turtle Bay Resort is a must for horse lovers! The trail rides and scenic routes are very nice! The service was exceptional, and our tour guide (Kylie) was amazing! She was very informative, and made riding fun! My daughter (11 years old) had a great time, and enjoyed all the beautiful horses! Thank you!!

This was amazing and one of the memories I wouldn't trade for anything. The horses were perky, and we had our own personal tour along the beach with just two of us and the guide. We were just walking the property grounds and came upon the stables. We went with the moment and asked for details about the ride and... More

We had an amazing sunset ride with Carlos during our stay at turtle bay. We walked by the stables before we signed up and saw what excellent shape the horses are in with beautiful coats and healthy appetites and decided to sign up for a ride. The horses are pretty docile, so kids and inexperienced riders will feel comfortable on... More

My husband and I had a fantastic time on the trail ride by the beach in July 2016. There are plenty of trees to provide shade. We were lucky to have tour guide Carlos! We enjoyed the conversation and details about the horses, trees, and history. He even stopped to save a baby bird that was in the wrong place... More
