This beach is located behind the hotels along Tumon, so you won’t feel secluded. It feels safe, has a sandy shoreline, and a great area to enjoy sunsets.

We stayed at the Fiesta resort, which is at this beach, so I can say that the beach is nice, water clear, watercolor amazing, and everything is quite clean. But I dont think this is the best place for snorkeling

This is one of the beaches I like. It's very clean and safe. The sand is very fine and even though it is public, there are amenities that can be used by everyone. It also offers a very nice view of the sunset.

Unfortunately, I’m not aware of the precise location but on the way towards the port I did see some folks fishing off a pier.

you can go via Hawaii with just a US government issued ID, however you will have to go through a longer process to leave Guam. if you have a passport, you will be able to go into and exit Guam without much trouble.
