We took 2 of their tours, Lighthouse tour and the Sunset Whale tour and both were very good and I would recommend both. On the lighthouse tour you get an in depth tour of the coast from Bar Harbor to Bass Harbor light. You only...More

Great time! We saw 5 humpback whales. Dress warm. It is MUCH colder out on the water. Remember to get some motion sickness medicine. Also, they have a great variety of coats, shirts, jackets, etc. in their store fro very reasonable prices. The guide was...More

Last weekend (July 25th), I went on the Grand Slam Lighthouse Cruise and it was awesome! It was a 9 hour cruise and included 17 lighthouses from Bar Harbor to Grand Manan and the Bay of Fundy. The boat held all 180 of us quite...More

The staff were very informative & knowledgable. My only downfall is that the boat can hold a LOT of people, at least 500 - 600, & although there is plenty of seating for all these people, once there is something to see, everyone crowds around...More

Great trip. We saw 7 humpbacks and were surrounded by white sided dolphins that came right up to the boat. The naturalist was fantastic with lots of great facts. It was a trip to remember

We will be in Bar Harbor on June 18 to 20. Should we buy our tickets (2 adults) before we arrive, or is it safe to purchase them that weekend? Or that day/

Being a weekend I would advise to make a reservation through internet. Easy to do and you will be sure to have a seat. We were there on a weekday in September, so no holiday, but tour was packed.
