This is a beautiful beach on the south side of the bay entrance. You have to drive past a neighborhood to get there but it's worth the trip. Robin Williams former home is near the parking lot.

After going to a lookout on the other raid elf the bridge, we came over to China Beach just to get another view. It was early on the beach and there wasn't a soul in sight. Was a great, peaceful view!
