This is really a drive-by attraction, but worth experiencing at least once, like Lombard Street. None of the Ladies are open for tours as they are all private homes. Alamo Square Park is right across the street where you can sit to take in their beauty and contemplates SF life during that era. If you are a "Full House" fan,... More

The only reason people cum here is because of the Full House tv program. Not much to do once you have seen them

One of the most beutiful and well keep neighborhoods in United States. You may have to search around for parking, but is totally worth it.

We drove to the park across the street from The Painted Ladies. Girls loved this! Very lovely with San Francisco back drop. Kids got lots of selfies here. Enjoy!

Really cool to see. Just like in the movies. Really busy though. These are actually people's homes which is crazy. Don't need any forward planning you can just show up

Beautiful, colorful homes. If you have the time, take an early morning walk here for a quick view. Postcard views indeed. But it is not a must-see place

This is one busy street to see these beautiful homes. Be careful with the huge RVs trying to park to come see this. Too many tourists

Underwhelmed to say the least. If I'd have walked there I'd probably just be disappointed but we were too far away so took an uber. We were expecting this amazing street on a hill with beautifully painted houses. It's a little street with a small number of painted houses!! There are loads of similar design houses across SF and some... More

It was inconvenient to get there, had nothing else nearby to do, and just wasn't much to look at. It might be more worthwhile if you are driving a car instead of taking the bus.
