At the northwestern corner of San Francisco, there is a series of stunning views at every turn in this wild and windy trail. Hillsides of cypress and wildflowers, views of shipwrecks and access to the ruins of Sutro baths, a San Francisco specials memory.

After going to SF for decades I was never aware of this part of town until my daughter mentioned it last year, so we made sure to go during our annual holiday trip. It was so cool and there's a center with maps and books...More

Plan to spend at least half a day in this area - there is so much to do and see, especially if you like a more 'off the beaten track' experience. Of course there are tourists around, but it is more soul-replenishing than suburbia -...More

We walked the trails for about an hour and learned about the history of the area. The sights were great and trails were wide. It offered a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge too!

Great walking trail for anyone that wants to see the beautiful Pacific coast. You can take a short stroll or walk for miles. Love when you can walk for miles and see the amazing Golden Gate Bridge.

Walked around the Cliff house and the bath house swimming pool. It is amazing to think of what was here in the late 1800s. The visitor center has added a lot of information and I suggest you stop and pick up a hiking map. There...More
