Recently attended a conference at the Moscone Center. The center was clean (even the bathrooms!) Staff was helpful and friendly. Maps of the center are deceiving in showing distance between the 2 main centers. It is definitely not as far apart as it appeared. Very nice conference location.

I attended a conference at Moscone. Everything was done well, no doubt due to the Moscone Center as well as the conference organizer. Terrific venue.

Was there for Oracle Open World and it was impressive. The biggest downside was the smell of sewer wafting around downtown and all the homeless people. Very sad situation.

If you are looking for somewhere to house 65,000 customers at a technology conference then this is a good choice. Plenty of conference and exhibition facilities. Spread ove North, South and West areas.

The Moscone Center is always ready to go for big events and this year is no different. Moscone North, South, and West is ready to go for another big event. Nice job Moscone staff!

I have only had meetings at Moscone so I can't compare this with anything else. All facilities are always working, the AC is so good that no matter how many people are in the room, you always freeze (and I am no small guy - I usually sweat in crowded rooms). It is just an exceptionally run facility. I have... More

I had a great time while in a Convention at the Moscone. Very good location and state of the art facilities. Very modern and adequate for any large corporate event or convention.

Moscone actually is more than one building. The conference I attended was contained in one, for the most part. It feels large and overwhelming but the layout accommodated the many vendors as well as the conference attendees' need for large conference rooms.

Three floors and two five halls of walking. Very convenient location next to BART. I would not take the car.

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
