We stopped in for a while when walking the Urban Trail. There seemed to be a wide variety of shops, but they all seemed expensive. There was a clean public restroom which was nice.

I like to visit the Grove Arcade when I walk around downtown. It has gorgeous architecture and neat shops. My favorite is "Enter the Earth."

The Grove Arcadeuse to be a must visit. Several of the quality retailers have left the building and their replacements have not been of the same quality. What used to be an hour and a half of fine shopping can now be accomplished within 15 minutes. It is a beautiful historic building that should support more one of kind shops..

I have not played a video game or arcade game since I was 12 years old. I stayed with my son for almost 5 hours reliving my childhood and it... More

This is a very charming building, well worth walking through to get a taste of the architecture. Inside are some nice shops and a bookstore. It takes only ten minutes to walk through, but it's well worth the visit since this is a town with lots of lovely period architecture to behold and savor.

It's wonderful that Asheville has taken this old building and re-purposed it with several shops and eateries. The old architecture is very beautiful.
