I find it very difficult to give a real, live physical bookstore a bad review. Perhaps it's because I'm not sure if it's a bookstore anymore. Maybe it's because twice while I was browsing books - once upstairs and once downstairs - I was asked...More

Cute cafe and bookstore on Newberry St, lovely to sit outside on warm Boston day. The focaccia bread on sandwich though wasn't fresh, which ruined a possibly great lunch. Side salad unremarkable. All over-priced. Service was friendly.

Decent meal with decent coffee, and the bookstore vibe is definitely a plus. The staff should be a bit more attentive. I had to ask for coffee a bunch of times and for creamer.

Great idea. Traditional bookshop and a massive cafe area. Lovely food. All the stuff you would expect plus loads of fresh juices and smoothies. Well worth a visit.

We were looking for a local restaurant for a quick Sunday breakfast. This was right around the corner from our hotel. The menu has decent offerings for a small place. We both had egg sandwiches, with home fries and coffee. The home made muffin of...More
