I took the Freedom Trail tour last weekend and my guide was "Lydia Mulliken". The tour was great and Lydia was very knowledgeable, fun and entertaining. I highly recommend taking the tour with her.

What an excellent tour with interesting stops, plenty to see and an excellent host (Jeremiah) giving a clear and witty explanation of the various events unfolding nearly 250 years ago. He was particulalry "fair" to the English using the trial information rather than Samuel Adams...More

Really enjoyed this tour. "Elizabeth Oliver" (Arielle), dressed in period costume, was a friendly and humorous guide who answered all my questions. Dress warmly if coming in Winter!

We are so glad we had Mark Linehan as our tour guide. He portrayed Thomas Hutchinson III, a loyalist and forgotten character in our country's history. Mark's tour was full of information told as gripping stories with lots of humor sprinkled in. He made those...More

My husband and I toured with Mark Linehan who was an excellent guide. Dressed and in the character of Thomas Hutchinson III, he made everything so interesting. I would have taken another of his tours if I had had more time in Boston.

Rob, while dressed in a period costume, gave a very informative tour. We walked almost 8000 steps on this 1 hour tour. Lots of deprecating humour with a lot of information. We are not American so we didn't have a lot of the historical info...More

Very much enjoyed spending the tour with Tim Hoover who played Josiah Quincy. I am a student of history and still learned a great amount. The Tour guides are well educated and up to date with Modern theories. It is a Must Do in Boston.

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have

Well! we -- I, my wife and two grown-up daughters -- did the trail on the independence day this year. "Very good," let me say at the very outset. The 90-minute-walk with guide is not at all taxing, if you enjoy walking. At... More

I would call the tour office there for this question. I only did the walking tour and it was exceptional. So much so that I would do it again and so much so that even if the tours overlapped I will do them both when I go... More
