We had a great time! Kids loved checking out the boat and seeing the sights! Good food, service, music, and facilities.

Our Flagship cruise aboard the Spirt of San Diego included both the North and the South Harbor tours and lasted just over two hours. I highly recommend purchasing the full bay tour as it is only $5 more and there is so much to see during the tours. Highlights of the tour include seeing most of the U.S. Navy Surface... More

The whale-watching cruise is a nice combination of a harbour cruise and seeing whales. I really apreciated the information we got on board about sealife. Of course, you don't see whales from close distance!

Went whale watching and found some! The ship personnel, because of their partnership with the Birch aquarium, are extremely informative about whales and eager to answer questions. We went on a misty day in March- take along a jacket. We were comfortable in jeans and long sleeves, but many wore shorts and ended up inside (where the waves can be... More

Took the 3 hour tour for whale watching since it was included in our GO PASS for San Diego. Was a little nervous at first that we would not see any whales, but saw 5! They were beautiful, as were the sea lions jumping around. Staff was great and volunteers from Birch Aquarium were so helpful with information about everything... More

We bought our tickets in advance from San Diego Go Card using their customized ticket feature which allows you to pick the activities you want to partake but still get a good discount. We opted for the one hour harbor tour so we had to pick either the North Harbor Tour or the South Harbor Tour. We picked the South... More

We did the 2 hour tour the morning of the DI Dinner at MCRD. It was a very nice, clean cruiser with plenty of seating. We sat on top, which was outdoors, but the deck below us had indoor seating if you prefer to be out of the sun. There is a bar on board that served drinks throughout the... More

Overall – It was pretty cool and worth the money. I have included several hints to make your adventure more enjoyable. Ship – The boat was fairly large. It had an open air level on top and a covered level below. There is a large concession area with reasonable prices. It was built over 50 years ago, but is well... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our Flagship cruise of San Diego Harbor. During the first hour the ship cruises the north side of the harbor. During the second hour, the ship cruises under the Coronado Bridge, along the Silver Strand and back along the Navy yard (?) and discusses all of the enormous Navy ships -- very interesting and impressive. The stop... More

We took the 2 hour harbor cruise, which included both the North and South Harbors. Enjoyed the information on the ships that were in the harbor that we got during our cruise. The ship served both soft drinks and adult drinks. Ride was smooth and we were able to view the seals sunning them selves and even seen some dolphins.... More
