Mutts gone Nutts

We went down for the show Mutts gone Nutts. That was a bunch of talented doggies. My sides were hurting from laughing so hard. They really put on a good show.

It is indeed the Historic State Theater of North Carolina, I love the original venue at the Rock in Flat Rock, not a bad seat in the house, Ive seen multiple stage productions both musical and non, The main theater is the top of the class in the tradition of great theater with the feeling, the seating, sound, the appearance.... Attended Mutts Gone Nuts, a one day canine show. The dogs were trained well and it was a delightful performance. I've been to the Playhouse on many occasions and usually have a positive experience; however, my husband and I were totally letdown this time around. There was a minor mix up with our seats, it was extremely hard to see... More

Went to see A Christmas Carol this year. You won't find a better, more professional performance or venue anywhere in North Carolina - no matter the size of the city. It's no wonder this place is the official State Playhouse of NC. And if you have to drive down to catch a show, what a drive through the hills!

A Christmas Carol was an absolute wonderful performance. Taking pictures isn't allowed but the leaves for enjoying the performance rather than distraction.

We had tickets for the opening night performance at the Flat Rock. It was "A Christmas Carol". There was a nice crowd. The performance as nicely done. Well worth the price. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Also, it is a very comfortable small playhouse with a homey feel.

We saw A Christmas Carol this year and really loved it. Good music and acting in a quaint old community theatre. Would definitely attend another play here.

The Flat Rock Playhouse is a great place for entertainment on a date night. Just saw the current play of a Christmas Carol and it was an excellent adaptation of the original story. The actors and actresses were able to take you into the story and capture the essence of the spirit of Christmas. If you have never been to... More
