I really enjoyed the intimacy and style of this little theater. Seating was very tight so be prepared for that but otherwise there wasn't a bad seat downstairs (I can't speak to the balcony).

Just saw the one man show, My Son the Waiter, which was funny and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the theatre was less so. Cramped seating and a pricey two drink minimum. For not that much more, you can go to Broadway.
