The Chrysler Building is one of the few true iconic buildings remaining in NYC. The artwork on the ceiling of the entryway is breathtaking from the early 1930's. The views from the upper floors is absolutely awesome. The security in the building is pretty good....More

The Gorgeous Art Deco facade is visible for the street, but the lobby is open only m-f til 6 PM. There is a brief history of the building on a wall in the lobby, but you can't go beyond the common space. Worth a look,...More

The Chrysler Building is one of our favorite building in NYC. Look at the decorative elements on the outside and then go into the building and see what is a wonderful building!

Fabulous. Service and food perfect. Expensive but worth it. Went during restaurant week and enjoyed a delicious wedge salad, 8 ounce filet mignon cooked perfectly, fresh green beans with sautéed onions and grape tomatoes, and seasoned mash potatoes. Chocolate cake and wine were awesome. Attentive...More

This is a one of a kind building full of history and timeless architecture. We were only able to visit the foyer but this alone is worth it. A beautiful building and treated in a respectful way.

Right opposite grand central so you get 2 birds one stone. Really something to look at by day or when lit up at night!

Something to walk or drive by. Not really an attraction you can visit, since only the lobby is open, and would not go out of your way for this.

It isn't hard to find this building when looking around. It is worth finding some vantage point to take a good picture.
