Address
Neighbourhood: Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We went to Rockefeller Center on a Friday night and roller skated to the 70's. Everyone was dressed the part and the music and lights were amazing!

We were here only briefly, but it presented us with many good photo ops. Everything was clean. There were very nice sculptures.

Rockefeller Centre is an iconic tourist attraction in New York. The ice rink operates in the winter and it’s currently a roller rink. Top of the Rock also great.

Another must see area of NCY. Just take a walk through and look up! Skating rink was closed but we could have gone into the building to the viewing point but had done a few others already. Worth a visit - even it its just to go to Tiffany's! ;)

We bought a City Pass at the Top of the Rock ticket office and used it there as the first attraction. It was a brilliant sunny day and the view went on for miles. The 67th floor is a reasonably good place to get great views from.

There are several different areas that you can go out onto so you get a 360 degree view.

We loved the bijou gift shop at the very top, where we bought some postcards.

There are some excellent videos and exhibits giving the history of the Rockefeller building, so leave enough time to watch these - they're worth it.

Well worth a visit, if only just the once.

I’m not a roller disco kinda girl but it was very cool to hang around and watch the skaters and take in the atmosphere. Some very cool artwork on display. Worth taking time to walk through at least.

Good Views, however not enough staff to ask for guidance or clarification,

After queuing for over an hour we eventually went to the upper floor but then was directed as we thought to the two upper floors for even better views. Little did we know we were in a queue to exit the building - by the time we realised we were going down in the lift and was hit about to queue again! Very disappointing day n the whole!

Visited the Rockefeller for the first time. Staff was rude so that took away some of the joy. It was crowded. Views were impressive. The building is impressive as well. Nice shops at the bottom.
