Was transiting through NYC, coming from São Paulo, on my way to Dallas. Arrived on a beautiful cold sunny morning. Took a bus to Manhatten and strolled through the park. So many different places to explore, relaxing, enjoyable. Worth a visit whenever in NYC.

Lovely views! We visited the weekend of the NYC Marathon. We ate at Tavern on The Green and appreciated t Central Park a good deal more than the restaurant which was "meh."

Simply beautiful! It's amazing to be in the city and have such a fantastic park to walk through. We've always felt safe, met nice people and go every time we visit

We did the short carriage ride (it was January and snowing). There were four of us and the driver allowed us to share the cost. It was nice to see part of this treasure of a preserved open space. I can't wait to go back when it is warmer. Got to see Wollman (Trump) pond, the chess house I believe... More

Central park is beautiful every time of the year. There is always something going on. It is massive. The holiday market was beautiful and fun.

Walked the length of the park on New Year's eve. Great walk, north end ( Haarlem) was much quieter than the southern end. Running track around the reservoir gave a great slightly elevated view of the park and the surrounding city. Plenty of wildlife in the quieter area, plenty of touristy stuff at the southern end. Brilliant turkey chowder soup... More

Went on a horse carriage ride through here and it was a really nice park. Quite busy but what can you expect from Central Park.

I don't think any weather can make the experience of taking a stroll through this gorgeous park. We were freezing, but the walk had to be done! Do not skip the park when you visit, and while you are at it, go on and visit the National Museum!

Enjoyed a lovely walk around the park. Watched the ice skaters. Saw squirrels being fed! And enjoyed the views across the park to the tall buildings of Manhattan. It was a very special day as we'd also met up with our son who works in the US
