All the new construction is making the seaport more child friendly, and a beautiful place to visit. Just need to put a rush order on the construction on Pearl Street. Great place to visit or live.

It's a shopping center. Even the smallest towns in all of America have the same stores.

This place was much more fascinating before it turned into a shopping mall by the sea

Leave your car at home and enjoy the area on foot. There is something for everyone: boat rides, restaurants, shopping, relaxing and enjoying the view.

We visited here after going to Statue of Liberty and it was lovely. A nice quiet place which feels out of the city due to the tall ships and a lovely place to eat. Plenty of shops and great views of Brooklyn bridge too.

Financial District
At the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the Financial
District is where New York City began as a center of
commerce. Today, the historic streets and beautiful
setting are complemented by museums, countless
skyscrapers, and the heart of the Financial District,
home to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange.
Catch the Staten Island Ferry for an unbeatable view
of the skyline and Statue of Liberty, or sail to Ellis
