Come on, babe! If you’re looking for razzle-dazzle entertainment? If you’re looking for a night out at the theater you’ll remember for years to come? If you’re looking for pure Broadway? Then look no further than Chicago! A true New York City...more

This was our only let down in a fantastic week in New York. I adore musical theatre and have seen many, and this was a total let down! The orchestra taking up most of the stage, no costume changes or other scenery at all, poor...More
Yes, do your research and read the reviews, the seating is tight, the venue is small and the cast are of a particular age. But with all of the above negatives, if you can put up with them the show is great fun.
We booked to see Chicago on Broadway
3 months before travel, the show and cast were out of this world. Roxie (Bianca) was lovely to meet at the stage door and spent a long time with us.

Wasn't expecting much after reading some of the reviews, but we enjoyed outselves. I expected cramped seating but I was fine (and I'm a tall gal at 5'11"). Was warned ahead about the restroom situation so planned accordingly.
The orchestra was fabulous. The two leads...More
I can't complain about the price, because I got "day of" tickets for $70 apiece; however, I have quite a few other complaints:
1. The theater was soooo tiny and cramped, that when we tried to get into our seats, 3rd and 4th from end,...More
This was the second time I’ve seen this play in 20 years. I absolutely love the songs and was looking so forward to it. I was surprised that the stars had such low energy. They are older now sure but why were the main stars...More
I was surprised by how tired/old the show seemed - not broadway level AT ALL. While the leads are talented and in good shape, at almost 60 years old (!) they are no longer what you would want to see as the sexy hot leading...More
We attended an evening show on a Tuesday in early December. The performance itself was great, the signing and dancing had us thoroughly entertained. It is obvious that the performers are seasoned professionals in the show.
We had purchased our tickets several months in advance...More
I only upped the rating to average as wife and daughter enjoyed the experience. The queuing to get in is a joke; they move you from one queue to another then check bags and move you again.... In side small and nothing at all special....More

We just were in NYC in April and wanted to see shows at a discount. The TKTS line is very long and you never know what you'll be able to book until you get to the ticket window. We really scored great tickets with good discounts by going to the theaters directly the morning of the show. The theaters will sell you "RUSH" tickets or same day tickets at a discount! You just have to ask for the discount. We saw Chicago same day for about $38 per ticket, and saw Jersey Boys the next day for about half price. The risk is that they are sold out or your seats aren't that great, but that's the same risk you'd have standing in line for TKTS. We had seats up close to the stage slightly to the side for both shows -- we loved it and loved the discounts!!!
