A Must See for Every American!
This is awe inspiring memorial to the people that lost their lives on 9/11. Plan for at least half a day to walk to the museum. I would definitely recommend you take a tour as there’s a lot to hear about and see. The tour that starts at the cathedral is probably one of the better ones just Google it.

    On top of the world
I would have been happy to give this a five except for the price. $45 is just too steep, and you can pay a lot more than that with useless add-ons. I paid less as a veteran and my family received 20% off. It was still $100 for us to go in and ride the incredibly fast elevator to the top. I feel for bad for those who didn't qualify for a discount. I will say that the 360° panoramic views are spectacular and rarely got blocked from the presence of so many tourists midsummer. Forgot about eating there; a cheeseburger will set you back $32.

You MUST go to the TOP!
We did the All-Access 9/11: Ground Zero Tour, Memorial and Museum, which includes a trip to the top of One World Observatory! This was such an experience and the views are the BEST in the entire city! It rained the day we were there and yet you could not get over the views! Gift shops with food options include a light café and a beautiful sit-down restaurant and bar area. For an additional $15 you can rent a locator pad which gives you the names of all the buildings, bridges and sites in the surrounding area. We will always visit the top of this beautiful building each time we are in NYC.

Plenty of time to take in the great views!
It’s not cheap, but what is great is that once you are up there, you can stay as long as you want. We bought a ticket on site for 3pm. We were warned there could be an hour queuing, but in the event we were up at the viewing platform in less than 20 mins. The views were great and we stayed until after sunset and then were able to see the city by night too. Didn’t visit any other sky scrappers in the city, but some reviews complained of long lines and limited time up top. So One WTC seems a good option!

Rebuilt World Trade Center with Excellent Observation Deck
One World Trade Center is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex that was attacked by terrorists on 9/11. It stands on the site of the former 6 WTC building. It is the tallest building in the United States and in the Western Hemisphere. At the base is the poignant and moving 9/11 Memorial and there is a terrific 3 story Observation Deck on the 100th-102nd floor offering incredible views of the city.

    Nice area for tourist
This is a landmark center in the financial district. They have done a great job in creating an area to give tribute to 9/11, then there is a one world observatory, huge mall with lot of shops, subway access, good centers etc. There are a lot of photo areas created to attract tourists. Beautiful place and must visit area.

A must visit attraction in New York with amazing views
We managed to time our visit perfectly, it had been cloudy in the morning, with virtually zero visibility, but by midday it was clearing, and when we visited around 1pm we were able to get straight up to the top with almost no queues and no crowds. You could see it had the potential to get mega busy at peak times, and I was so glad we avoided that. We were able to use the New York Pass to get tickets, which worked out good value overall.

I grew up watching the twin towers being built. When they fell it broke my heart. The memorial and new One World Trade Center is definitely healing. Tastefully done. Just like the old but with a twist. When in NYC this is a must. Highly recommended!

The mini tripod from my go pro was removed during the security check, which is already ridiculous. When i went up there, i counted 28 people with a go pro and tripod. I hope that is not the guaranteed percentage of firearms and other dangerous items the security finds. The bathrooms were disgusting up there. All windows where extremely dirty, so it was hard to take a nice picture. Won‘t recommend the one world trade center to other travellers.

A majestic building. When one is there it just feels like a solemn place. The building is built beautifully to show we will never forget. While there you can’t forget the horror which happened, but we are a resilient people.

Nice way to see the city and learn how it has changed over the years. Don’t need a ton of time to do this but definitely a cool view pint of the city.

My friend and I booked the VIP tour through Get Your Guide. The day that we went it was no visibility, but we didn’t have time to reschedule so we decided to give it a chance. I am so glad we did!! We obviously didn’t get to see the views, but our tour guide Mitch was super knowledgeable and gave us a great history not only of the building but New York City as a whole. After our tour my friend and I both were so glad we kept our reservation because we learned so much! Considering the tickets were $60, and comparing that to other experiences such as SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, I would say this tour was 100% worth it, and it only gets better when you can see the skyline. Thank you so much to Mitch for an amazing tour, great food recommendations, and wonderful flexibility with the bad weather!!

Fabulous views, possibly the best we witnessed regrettably it was missing something, it felt empty somehow, maybe it was visiting the pod right after the 911 museum.
