Renovated and OPEN and FREE. Your taxes at work! Great tour of Teddy's birthplace and childhood home. A nice slice of history about our great "Nature" President and how he overcame many physical obstacles.

This place is wonderful- spend the day in lower manhattan and explore. We saw lots of campaign buttons and the outfit he had on when he was shot! Great video:)

This is free and worth a visit. The tour is only a half hour and is great. It is run by the park service so the guides are knowledgeable. Great info on TR and what it like for him living there as a child.

I do not know the answer but check the subway map for a close match and the bus routes. We were on one of the double decker tourist buses that stopped nearby
