Went to Phoenix as a 1/9 stop in a 90s bar crawl we went on. In short the place was nice drinks were decently priced and the music was lively.

I love the Phoenix! Easy to get in most of the time (short line when crowded/busy). Normal priced drinks. Amazing music. Fun people. Great location.

The music played at LOUD levels; the bartenders pour heavy; the crowds are young and hip; and finally, the cost is very reasonable by Manhattan standards.
