Great entertainment value, very interesting items to see, makes you wonder what else is out there. There is a surprise at the end of the visit that cracked us all up. Visit and see for your self. We thought it was hilarious

This museum was very interesting.  I enjoyed seeing all the weird stuff and it's a place where you can take some pictures with cool figures. The professional  photo booth captured some amazing pictures of my family and we purchased  2 of  them at the end for $23. We got a groupon so the total  amount we spent was $44, $21... More

I thought this was going to be great since it was in Times Square, but I was disappointed. I thought the price was high for what you were able to see. I recommend going next door to the wax museum instead.

I was expecting some live acts but none presented. There are interesting items and you might probably spend 1-2 hours. I had high expectations given the price. I would keep this as bottom of your list to visit places in NYC.

Not a lot to do apart from looking at things that we were either not bothered about or didn't know what they were. My daughter likes this kind of stuff but even she couldn't wait to leave and won't be visiting again

Didn't know what to expected since their was a performing artist outside banging a nail thru his nose (yes, through his NOSE) but we decision to give it a try. Definitely more educational than I thought. Sure it has its fair share of oddities which were cool to look at but I learned somethings to. The Black Hole ride made... More

What do you do on a rainy day in NYC, look for the shortest line, so this was it!! It passed an hour and a half, believe it or not!!! Didn't like the sales pitch for some time share thing at the end.

This museum has some very interesting and very creepy exhibits, some of which may not be appropriate for younger children. Overall a good experience and I would even consider going back if it wasn't so expensive. We payed $100 even with a discount coupon. Might be a better offer if it's combined with another tourist attraction.

I went with my children and grandchildren. This place was a favorite for all of us. There many unusual exhibits and activities that were enjoyed by all of us - older adults, young adults, teens, tweens, and young children.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
