I worked at gateway NRA back in 2006 and on some of the exhibits on Indigenois history with immigration pressures. Statue of liberty can be seen in less than an hour to appreciate and get your photo. I highly recommend budgeting 2 hours at least...More

It was cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey, so we stopped here to visit the Café for a large hot chocolate - which was very nice - as were the toilets.

This was such an emotional museum for all of us, the kids included. We also stopped and looked up the immigration records for our family members who came to the states in the early 20th century.
