This store is huge with everything under the one roof. Give yourself plenty of time to shop around all the different departments.

Even though I was on a trip to NYC 10 days before Christmas this was not considered a shopping trip. We could walk out our hotel and see it. How cool. This icondic landmark that's been around forever and known for shopping, movies and a...More

If your in the area stop in just to see the building. That alone is worth the visit aside from the shopping.

The usual pilgrimage to Macy’s is a must, especially if visiting in the run up to Christmas and it has a great atmosphere and some even better deals!

We visited the store on New Years day and it was still decorated for Christmas. The main floor was very nice as were the windows outside. Not as magical as my first visit over 30 years ago but still pretty. As for shopping once you...More

We came here as tourists, the prices here were cheaper for some products compared to the outlets and are much cheaper than the prices you find in Australia. It is worth spending a bit of time looking for bargains, especially if you are after something...More

We love to visit Macy's to sort of kick start our holidays. Their holiday windows are usually pretty amazing, let alone all the decorations inside the store. Their Santa Land is really nice, but plan on standing in line for HOURS to walk through it!...More

5yrs since last visit, how things change. More clothes and shoes on the floor than a riot in Primark. Even had vagrants warming them selves on seats in the shoe department, not pleasant. Coffee bar has mousetraps, didn’t expect that. We were expecting a high class...More

This Macy’s still has some of its Christmas decorations which are pretty. The staff weren’t super helpful. I found 1 shoe in the discount section and apparently the other shoe was no where to be found and the lady just shrugged her shoulders lol.

Depends on when you go. Early morning (8:30-9:00) time slot took just under an hour on Sunday, Dec 15. I would expect afternoon and evening waits to be MUCH longer.

Unfortunately we do not offer parking at Macy's. We do have a few garage options in the neighborhood. The one I suggest would be the Icon Parking garage located at One Pennsylvania Plaza.
