This show is a quite different from other Broadway shows. This place doesn't try to trick you with lightning and musical. The atmosphere is more interesting than the show itself. Tip! Buy the ticket direct from the stage right before the show. You can get it for 30 dollars!

We went to this because of the small venue and advertising that it's the "longest running show in NYC." Well, if that's true, it's a crime. The only decent actor was the guy who played the detective. The woman who plays the lead has been in this role since it's inception. The fact that she hasn't wanted to wander out... More

And it's very disappointing that TKTS is still handling tickets for this show. The Perfect Crime is that they charge for this show. The leading lady has played this role for 29 years. You'd think by now she'd have learned how to act. She was entirely dreadful, from her over-fast delivery to her complete inability to emote anything. The plot... More

My husband and I bought tickets last night at the discount booth in TSq. We had already seen a few amazing shows but not a play and was told by a woman at the booth this play was amazing and had been running for nearly 30 years so thought 'must be good' The first impression of the theatre itself was... How did it happened that this show is running for almost 30 years???? Weak plot (and hard to follow) and...whatever....go anywhere else!

Theater is old, falling apart. Acting is not good & story is hard to follow. Wish I could get my money back! Go see a Broadway show for just a bit more money yet SO much better!

Where do I start!!! First, the show needs to end. It has well over ran it's time. The guy that played on All My Children was great and I am really confused why he is doing this one of all that are playing. The theatre is old and up 4 flights of stairs. The seats have been painted red and... More

Not as bad as all the other people who gave it such a poor rating. We got the tickets pretty cheap and said why not. If you are expecting Wicked or Cats then this is not for you. It wasn't bad, we enjoyed the night out. Kept us entertained and we played along trying to figure out what was going... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
