First of all, I love zoos! I've visited zoos from all over the world. But this zoo is so tiny! Plus the admission fee is way too high for the experience. Worth not more than $5. But I did like watching the keepers train the...More

Often mistaken for the home of Alex and his Madagascar friends. A visit in the colder months is best as the zoo is specially catered to cold weather exhibits I.e. sea lions, snow leopards, penguins, grizzlies, Japanese alpine monkeys , seals etc . Worth a...More

The zoo is small however in saying that there is a walk in aviary where the birds fly freely. It is within walking distance to the hop on hop off bus stop. There was a variety of animal species and we loved the two bears...More

This is a small zoo with just a limited variety of animals. It is convenient to get to - within walking distance of the Wollman Rink and the Pond. It's small enough to include as part of a visit to NYC and Central Park. The...More

A small zoo, perfect for a quick visit and the snow leopards were amazing. Definitely the highlight. Red pandas were very active too which was nice to see.

This was an amazing experience. Especially the tropical climate created for birds is very unique and psychedelic. Watching snow-leopards, one of the rarest species in the world was jaw dropping. Overall good experience, but the zoo is bit small compared to other massive zoos.
